Blogging Hiatus

December 31, 2013 by Justin Weinger 23 Comments

It’s a sad day for me today. Recently, there have been some deeply personal things that have come up, and after a lot of soul-searching and prayer, I’ve decided that I need to take a hiatus from blogging for a little while. Writing about personal finance has become a passion of mine, so this definitely hurts my heart, but I’ve come to realize that there are more important things in life, and some of those things are happening right now.ย

I’m not sure how long it will be before I start blogging again, it could be a few weeks or a few months. But I’m definitely looking forward to getting back on track once I can take care of some essential things. I’ll still be doing some freelance writing here and there to keep the saw sharp, so if you know of any opportunities, send them my way!

I want to thank all y’all for reading. This website has been one of the most valuable and fulfilling things I’ve ever done and a lot of that has been through my conversations with some of you awesome readers. I’m sure you won’t miss me too much, but if you do, feel free to drop me a line ๐Ÿ™‚

Luvs!

Though it is sad to see, it is understandable. You need to make sure you take care of your life, no matter what is happening. Blogging can wait.

I'm reminded of the Bible verse from I Timothy 5:8 that challenges us to take care of our own house first. Blogging can wait…it will be here when you are ready to return. Hope you can work through the challenges and if there is anything I can do besides pray, let me know.
